Food in Nha Trang

Surely you will be surprised with its delights, mostly from various kinds of seafood. Nha Trang is well known for producing the highest quality with the best flavor of fish sauce in Vietnam, therefore, fish sauce plays an important role in the recipe for cooking specialties.

There are many grilled dishes such as grilled meat for example, we also have to mention noodle or rice noodles with fish, grilled jellyfish, etc. Fresh fish and seafood are the most demanded, but the quality prevails in each and every one of their dishes. The Salangane or the product derived from the swallows' nests are also a strong dish on the coast of Nha Trang.

When mentioning the Nha Trang kitchens, we definitely can not neglect the grill. The fermented pork roll is exquisite. We can eat the roll of fermented meat, fresh (nem chua) or grilled (nem Nuong). The best time of year to visit Nha Trang for hot-weather activities is from late January to early April.
